Cyclefi.org operates as an independent front-end user interface interfacing with the Cyclefi Protocol's decentralized smart contracts across various blockchains.

Use of the Services To use the Services, you must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this legal requirement. Failure to meet this requirement means you must not access or use the Services.

Assumption of Risk You recognize the risks associated with transactions dependent on smart contracts and emerging technologies. These technologies are experimental, speculative, and inherently risky. We disclaim liability for any losses incurred due to these risks. If you are uncomfortable with these risks, refrain from using the Services.

Permanence of Blockchain Transactions Transactions recorded on the blockchain, including cryptoasset transfers and data programmed into these assets, are permanent and irreversible. Exercise caution when conducting transactions recorded on the blockchain.

Third-Party Services and Links We are not responsible for any third-party content or services, including network services or applications like Discord or MetaMask. Use of any third-party products or services is at your own risk.

Automated Transactions All transactions accessed through the Services will be automatically processed using blockchain-based smart contracts. You consent to the automatic processing of all transactions in connection with using the Services.

Limitation of Liability We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
